One Meal - Feeding the Homeless and Hungry in Mobile, Alabama
One Meal Mission
One Meal strives to provide
nourishment for body and soul to
the homeless and hungry of our
community and to give hope and
kindness to those in need of a
kind word and a friend.
One Meal operates a food line from the parking lot of St. Louis Street Missionary
Baptist Church in downtown Mobile. With the help of volunteers and contributions
from individuals, churches, schools, civic clubs, service organizations and
businesses, the small non-profit serves on average of 150 — and often as high as
200 — meals to the homeless and working poor every Sunday at 4 p.m.
One Meal also offers a food pantry for families in need.

One Meal Stories
“How I wish I could share all of these special moments with One Meal with
each of you....the small sacrifices we make to help these people in need are
worth so much to those we feed. But for the Grace of God, it could be ANY of
us. Angels walk among us all the time...finding them in acts of love and
kindness is our blessing to give and receive.
Please consider donating time, food, or funds to help Mike Mckinley and One
Meal feed the hungry/homeless each week. I know I'm continually asking you
guys...but you can't imagine the difference this mission is making to these
